If Only Men were dogs
Hello Dear Readers,
This is the true story of my life of abuse at the hands of those that professed to love me and about the love and tender care of a man that could never truly be mine. It is about deep family secrets and outright lies. I tell the secrets of my life in a way so openly and honestly, so that you the reader will be able to find yourself in my story, and even more so if you yourself are being abused. In that way “I HOPE” to help you also, find your way to the true sense of who you are. “We,” those torn apart by the secret rages of others, need to find the strength we each hold deep within our souls and start the long journey out of the abyss “WE” allowed others to place us in.
No one has the right to silence you because of “THEIR OWN” imagined fears! No one should be forced to follow someone else’s preconceived notions as to what is right for them! When push comes to shove…we each must stand-alone and be judged as to right and wrong…good and bad. No one walks the same path as another, so who of us can speak for another as to what is good and right for them to do. Not one of us can!
In my telling of my story, I do not recommend my way of handling matters but rather I offer my story to help you the reader to see clearly and identify those patterns of subtle and outright abuses. I want to “empower you” with the tools that you will need in order to first see through their lies, manipulation, anger and control and then “help you to see you have the God-given right to stand tall, to listen to your inner voice, which screams out for you to protect yourself!”
I tell you my story dear readers; in the hope of saving even one person from the vast waste, which has become my life…”I tell my story just the way it happened so that the patterns of abuse can be seen for what they are.” If you know your life is in danger, please just listen to that voice within and go… “GO NOW!” I say this because you will always have those people that will tell you “maybe you have just not tried hard enough,” or “you must have done something to cause them to react that way,” or “they did not mean to hurt you.” As you read my story, think back, examine and look over the whole of your life. My book is printed to empower you to “listen to your inner voice,” make your own list and in that way become wise and act on what YOU KNOW TO BE THE TRUTH, YOUR TRUTH!!!
SOMETIMES IT’S ONLY AFTER READING SOMEONE ELSE’S STORY, CAN WE FULLY UNDERSTAND OUR OWN!!!
WARNING: As with any book that deals with the degradation of another human being this book deals with personal matters that WILL for sure offend some people too fragile and too sensitive to the intimate affairs that exist within families. As it is my wish not to offend anyone BUT rather educate those in abusive homes to look for THOSE PATTERNS of abuse, I warn you in advance and leave you with the choice!
